WISPA (Writtle Infant School Parents’ Association)

WISPA is an active, friendly parents association and registered charity (number 1152512), raising money for additional resources at Writtle Infant School.  Regular fundraising events include our Christmas Fayre, Summer Fete, school discos, sponsored activities, film clubs, movie nights, cake sales and treasure hunts. We also organise the annual leavers’ party for Year 2 children moving on to Junior School.

If you’d like to help out at our events, or offer us your ideas, we’d love to hear from you.  All parents are very welcome to attend our meetings, whether or not you wish to be an active committee member. We are incredibly grateful to anyone who can volunteer a little time to help. Please send us a message using the contact form on this page, get in touch via Facebook, or speak to the school office.

What have we achieved this term?

A huge thank you to everyone who donated gifts, wrapped presents, bought tickets, and cooked and served so many hotdogs for our double PTA festive event.  Across the two schools, the Elfridges Gift Store and Festive Movie night raised over £1,200 towards events and facilities for your children in the coming year.
